Microsoft has established specific rules and policies that you must follow when taking the exam. These rules must be followed at all times, both during the exam and at the exam center.
There are few rules:
Exam retake policy: If you fail the first time, you can retake the exam within the next 24 hours. However, if you fail the second time, you will need to wait 14 days before you can retake it. Why wait for 24 hours, or 14 days? To succeed, take up the SC-900 course.
Microsoft offers cancellation and rescheduling policies for exam cancellations. However, you can cancel your exam up to six days before your appointment to cancel it. If you cancel your appointment within five days or less, however, you will be charged a fee.
